Eames are partnered exclusively with a leading personal lines insurer who are looking to establish a pricing excellence team at group level.
This position will focus on the development of group-wide analytics frameworks to inform pricing and underwriting decisions making. Specifically this will include defining the standards for KPIs, performance monitoring, and working closely with the local Heads of Pricing to influence analytic use at the local level.
The ideal candidate has a strong background personal lines pricing, preferably within competitive landscapes such as home or motor. Exposure to the European market would be an advantage but not a necessity.
